@aaa
Any plans for a dark mode?

Far from the net and web and all things social
Were we for hours today, and not at all woeful.

Bom dia!
Começo tarde, mas o dia está lindo.
Vem frente fria, dizem, para tumultuar.
Mas vamos aproveitar o céu limpo enquanto pudermos.

Bom dia a todos!
Que o dia renda muito, especialmente em Cristo.

The workings of the brain, the sleep of night,
Are mysteries greater than Mauna Kea's height.

Good morning or, as the case may be, tzag!
Skies are clear and bid us look above.

Movement is tiring. Make it all stop!

High winds yesterday knocked out a transformer. Our power was restored late this morning.

Some mechanism is needed to keep them together, for sure.

If we think scattered thoughts within our brain, is it not a good thing to scatter them across multiple accounts?

We are fortunate to live in a coffee-producing country and buy our coffee from a small producer in the state north of us. Commercial coffee throws in more than the bean, and it is awful.

@aaa Will there be a setting to determine time zone?
YAHB@arce (2026-07-27 04:31:30)
Maybe I should experiment with keeping only one tab open at a time. Less weight on the mind ...

Decisions, decisions, too many for comfort!

Which would be best: one trip of six weeks duration, or two trips of one month each? Depending on others' schedules. I vote for the former.

Strange day, as far as weather, and work. We'll get over it.

Drove the Missus to therapy, got a coffee while waiting (OK, and a nutty cake), then we went and had our evening sustenance. Will hit the pillow early tonight.

Water has been restored. Letting water tank fill up before taking a shower. I'll probably take a long one this morning.
YAHB@arce (2026-07-22 21:13:30)
Still no water. Maybe tomorrow, says the water dept./company. Things broke. Sabotage? Some political blokes would do it to cause problems for the party in power here.

Here on tinyap I understand it's all plain text, or did I miss something?
YAHB@arce (2026-07-22 18:49:05)
Good morning!
How's everyone in plain-text-land?

Time for another blog post. Let's see ... what to blog about? Ah, yes, 70% of the city without water ...

The cold wave continues, but afternoons get warm.
Such variations are beyond the norm.

Darkness flees the light, its works being evil.
Exposed, it dies; concealed, its effects are lethal.

Today was not productive. I feel bad when not much gets done. Hope that tomorrow is better. Planning might help ...
