one reason we read less I think just how inconvenience is it to read something rather than just search away the keyword, get the thing we want, then backread to see if its make sense
plenty of factors like:
- hard to define the writer credibility in a topic
- its not comfortable to read in interface that wont let you to read (pop ups, colors, etc)
- no one gonna judge if you read or not read it anyway
but I think the last piece is basically just, we are not sure if its something we've read or not since mostly its bite-sized. unless its the size of book. at least you will remember what you read like 5 out of 10 books

lesson learn: put your environment variable somewhere else, dont use the same git tracked file or it might be overwritten

Fedora x86-64-v3 Optimized Packages Pushed Back To At Least Fedora 46
There was a proposal under discussion the past few months on building x86-64-v3 packages for Fedora 45 while retaining x86-64-v1 packages. The hope was building the Fedora packages with x86-64-v3 where AVX/AVX2, FMA, BMI2, and other newer ISA features can be assumed in the name of better performance. Unfortunately, the x86-64-v3 plans are now delayed but may be reconsidered next year with Fedora 46...
