Hello, dear Husky users.
For almost a year, you haven't seen any updates on Husky. I owe you an apology for that.
In August 2025, I left my job as an Android developer because I was burnt out. I didn't do any programming for three months just to recover, and after finding a new job, I wasn't ready to get back to working on Android apps.
Recently, I settled into my new home, and my setup is almost ready for me to resume work on Husky. Eventually, new releases will come out, with fixes and new features.
I hope you can understand, and please be a little more patient.

Is there a good Fediverse friendly place to post about growing plants, trees, food etc?
A while ago I started an online avocado growing project (Using avocados to promote local climate resilience and to encourage people to start growing food locally) - and I've had requests to get trees/cuttings from all over the world... but I have so far failed to find the people who have established avocado trees who are willing to share cuttings.

免許を取りに行った時は、普通免許を取ってるのはだいたい大学生な中おじさんがいて、飲酒運転で免取になったと言ってた

Now, normal people buy smart toasters & coffee mugs while every techie I know is on the verge of retreating to the forest.

New AMD Low-Power Core & Unified Intel/AMD CPU Core Type Handling In Linux 7.3
Covered first on Phoronix back in June was an AMD Linux patch for introducing a new "low power" CPU core type to complement their typical "performance" cores and their "efficiency" cores like with Zen 4C/5C. That low power core is presumed for some Zen 6 clients and that integration is now merged for Linux 7.3 as well as unifying the Intel/AMD CPU core type handling...

超！界隈の人が炎上してる訳だが、そもそも例の本が出るってなって超！がコミケ初参加の人多いだろうね〜って話がだいぶ前に出てた
で、:unicode_1d54f_bg_black:で流れてた初参加者向けの注意喚起が何だったか思い出してたんだけど
・日差し対策
・水分持て
・具合悪くなったらすぐ近くのスタッフに
とかの体調管理の注意喚起はめちゃくちゃ流れてきてたんよね
で、今の炎上の内容は「コミケ自体がどういう場なのか」だけど、それに関して初参加者向けに説明してるようなポストは少なくとも私のところには流れてきてない
だからそれを知らずに スタッフの対応冷たいな〜 って少し言っただけで叩かれてるけど、その後その人は諸々を教えてくれた人にリプで 教えていただいてありがとうございます って言ってるわけよ
そこで終わせればいいものを「下調べが足りない」だの「昔は知ってて当たり前だった」だのグダグダケチつけてる奴が多すぎる
初心者が1から10まで知ってるわけないだろ
