:boostRequest: could you please give me a boost? :boostRequest: 🥺
my current goal is: move the fuck out
not only my father is currently trying to sell our house behind our backs as my mother had a huge fight with my sister and she wants us out and i wouldn't really be surprised if she just went along with it for spite 😬
this month is also my birthday and I really would like nothing else other than having enough money to finally leave this house and be free of all this.
this amount is high but would be enough to cover my bills and to pay for basically everything we need to move out.
it is also my fucking birthday this month and... hahahahah!!!!
Any and every bit of help is much appreciated! Any amount goes a long way as I don't even have money to pay for my cat's food this month
thanks for the support!!!

FediForum 2026.2 is a little over a month away. As usual my week looks chaotic with overlapping things, but I will be there! Come and help structure how we do social, federated. Un-conferences are strange at first but always engagi ng.

These tickets often tend to go to attendees from the Global South, or high-school or other students on a tight budget. If you are looking for such an almost-free ticket, we can't promise a schedule when they will be available, so check back regularly.

For the upcoming FediForum October 6 and 7, we again will have almost-free tickets for those attendees who could not otherwise participate. We make them available as higher-priced registrations come in, because they subsidize the almost-free ones.
Thank you everybody who makes them possible!

CERN Transitioning To Debian After Being A Longtime RHEL Institution
CERN, the European Organization for Nuclear Research, besides being well known for its Large Hadron Collider (LHC) is known among longtime Linux users as a RHEL/CentOS shop. CERN formally even co-maintained the Scientific Linux RHEL derivative with other educational/research institutions in the past. So to much surprise now, CERN is transitioning to Debian Linux...
