・apt と apt-get は微妙に挙動が違う
・公式的には apt-get は非推奨で apt を使う方が推奨
・ただ apt は実行した際の標準出力を使えない
なので、
・普段のパッケージ更新などCLIで操作するだけの場合は apt
・出力をパイプでつなげたりDockerfileに記述する場合は apt-get
みたいな使い分けするといいかも。ざっくりまとめるとこんな感じ。
