「名前・住所を晒している事業者は安心安全」みたいな風潮ってなんなんだろうね。「事業者としての体をなしているなら名前や住所くらい晒せるよね」みたいな思想が根底にあるんだろうけど、少なくとも現代においては事業の規模や形態って様々で、すべての事業者がそんなことをできるわけではないし……。せっかく「法人格」って概念があるんだから、それをもうちょっと進めて、事業主の個人情報が保護されるようになってもいいと思うんだ……。
