薬指の語源は薬を塗れるぐらい清潔な(普段汚れない)指 ってうろ覚えを信じて薬指で目をかいたりしてた。
調べたら2説あるし、薬の方も 清潔 とは言われてなかった、慣習なだけかもしれない

例年、秋から冬にかけて心身の調子がよくなるけれど、夏の暑さで弱ったのが回復するだけかもしれない。夏の過ごし方に気をつけたい。
