Black folk: This is the kind of racism I get on fedi and why I don't feel safe here.
Two people on infosec.exchange: I'm going to reply with something racist that fits the kind of racism you say you experience here.
.art: *forwards reports for racism*
Infosec.exchange: *crickets*
Another Black person: Fedi is full of anti-Blackness
i.e mod: Report it to us! We'll listen and learn and fix it!
Me: well, here's two reports where there was a racism and you didn't fix it.
i.e. mod: nah they're fine

@CaptMorgan https://infosec.exchange/@magnesium - the post has been deleted but the context was a Black person saying 'I've experienced harassment here and these methods to deal with it don't work for me', and this person replying suggesting one of the mentioned methods. 
https://infosec.exchange/@Epic_Null - reported for racism but because we've blocked the instance our cache is being purged and the associated toots have gone from the report (this is a failing of the mastodon software).
