> 今後の廃炉作業で重要なことは、透明性を持った情報開示だ。東電は廃炉の手順や計画、課題などについて県民に対する説明が少ない。事故によって失った信頼を取り戻すには、県民と真摯に向き合うしかない。廃炉を進める作業がどれだけ大変なのかを県民と共有し、理解を得てもらうためにも透明性を持った対応が必要になる。
