Just to entertain your reply and not make it seem like I'm arbitrary, yes, I know how venn diagrams work. Judging by your venn diagram, you seem to be asking for an IDE that is incapable of editing text.
Most programming languages use text as the representation of code, therefore text editing is a core feature of most IDEs.
Since you are asking for a non-obvious version of IDE that most people don't use, stop acting so smug or piss off.
