TIL: It's not about the treaded part of a connector, it's about the pin.

A connector with a center pin is male.A connector with a center socket (a hole the pin goes into) is female.#radio #ham #amateurradio

@Torx@social.tchncs.de oh my! I just looked, you're right. this is why I got all confused with my lora gear because it's all rp-sma.
