This is not a pipe. At least not yet. I've been working on making a flute, and one of the first steps is figuring out how to make a long wooden tube. I start flute-building with a churchwarden pipe because 1: the stem is a medium sized wooden tube until it gets bent 2: I've been watching the old Jeremy Brett Sherlock Holmes show, and 3: I like to approach learning with a beginner mind. In this case, the mind of a teenage stoner in a 1980s woodshop, so I put on some Judas Priest and here we are.
