Updated my test instance to Mastodon v4.5.11 - perhaps one of the fastest updates so far! Looks like the beta version of 4.6 is out, too.

I guess a little known fact is that Mastodon has a feature that allows you to schedule your posts. The default app doesn’t have this built in, but there are plenty of third party apps that do.

The OpenVibe app is going paid. In the test flight, deep discounts for existing users.
I’ve loved trying out a multitude of apps, and understand the need to go paid. Now to choose which of them to keep.
A blessed curse to have so many options on the fediverse!

Update on my #FediMerch repo. A few weeks ago, I tried to handcraft a "store.json" file rather than just create a README.md file with each store listed. That was a dumb idea.
Instead, I'll split each entry into a structured .MD file. This can create an API, JSON, SQLite databases, HTML, whatever someone can fancy up in their head. All thanks to @11ty and @seancdavis

My Hollo instance has been updated to 0.9.1 if you wanna take a peek. It's shaking off the early UI look and feel for something more professional.
A lot of extra configurations that I didn't have time to review or enable, but some of it looks interesting, like more efficient handling of remote media.

@hollo releases a new major version update, 0.90. Too many changes to hit in a single post! Skimming, the most notable to users will be the switch from Pico CSS (my weekend hobbyist fave) to Uno CSS. At least in screenshots, the new UI is taking on a polished look.
Planning to upgrade, but need to review this a bit more before flipping the switch.

If you haven't checked out Vernissage (a federated photo sharing platform), I highly recommend it. Beautiful photography, each instance can have a curator and the feeds are stunning.
You can (but don't have to) include photo metadata stats if you're a fancy professional, too.
The app is well designed too, some lovely design choices I've not seen elsewhere.
