The general uptime is good again, we're still investigating the cause however and might cause downtime again. A few things that happened since the last update:
1. Forgejo runners were (still) blocked after the outage due to a temporary block rule being left in place. This was fixed a few hours ago. In the UI they are still shown as offline, this is only a visual bug.
2. Registering and login was not possible due to Anubis not being aware of failover. This was fixed in the last hour.

We are also aware that editing the wiki is not working; this is unrelated to the downtime and is a Forgejo bug that occurred during the deployment of v16. This will be fixed in the next deployment.

We're also seeing DMARC failures for outgoing mail, this was also related to the failover happening. This is now fixed.
