We're also seeing DMARC failures for outgoing mail, this was also related to the failover happening. This is now fixed.

We're in the process of rebooting some servers to get them to a clean state. Unfortunately it seems Ceph's failover for MDS (metadata server) is slow and does not process new requests during this process. Codeberg.org is temporary down.

We have restored the primary Forgejo instance, which handles authenticated traffic from codeberg.org, to the rebooted server. This deployment also resolves the issue where editing the wiki resulted in a JavaScript error, and where self-hosted Forgejo runners were displayed as offline when they were not.

We're still tracking and investigating the poor performance of codeberg.org
