Thanks to everyone who replied.

I feel the locus of myself in my eyes and hands. My eyes are my main way of directing my attention, and my hands are my way of implementing my intent. The coordination between eyes and hands feels like mostly where my self is.

My brain feels behind my self; my heart is lower down, in the body part. I don't feel like a brain looking out the windows of the eyes; I feel like my self is further forward than that.

So, I think my answer is eyes.
