Mentaal.nl is a portal being co-designed by thirteen patient and family non-profit organisations in Dutch mental health care. Theyโre piloting Bonfire as the infrastructure for their federated archipelago: a network of connected spaces built around clear, safe boundaries, where patients, caregivers, families and professionals can each find their place.
Weโre excited to be part of this, and weโll be sharing what we learn and build along the way ๐ฅ

Users, the search experience on gotosocial.social has been greatly improved. Now you can:
Search posts from accounts you follow, and posts set to public and indexable by their authors.
Perform searches targeting just the post body or content warnings separately.
Search account bios.

Nerdy Gurdy makes modern electric versions of medieval European instruments and records musical performances on them. You can follow their video account at:

(Don't worry if the account looks blank to you, that just means no one on your server follows it yet. Follow the account and its videos will start gradually showing up on your server too.)
You can also follow their non-video account at @Nerdygurdy@mastodon.social

Yes, we are still waiting for Apple to approve our new iOS app (after like 6 rejections).
Instead of wasting this idle time, we redesigned FediDB, updated the backend, and made it a federated wiki that you can login to with your fediverse account, and help update apps, software and even servers!

We're investigating a high latency issue between some of the nodes on our network which might cause slowdowns for certain clients.
We believe this is an issue with our server provider.
We will let you know when we know more.
