Update from our hosting provider:

"We would like to inform you that the issue has been escalated to our Cloud Engineering team, who are actively investigating and working toward a resolution.

At this time, we do not have an estimated time for resolution. However, we will provide you with an update as soon as more information becomes available."

We have restored access to the affected nodes but we're still experience performance degradation.

We will slowly bring services back online once we identify it is safe to do so.
