Forgejo Runner, the program executing workflows of continuous integration in #Forgejo, has been released in version 13.1.0. It features a new experimental plug-in API that is supposed to enable the community to integrate alternative job execution engines besides Docker and LXC. Forgejo Runner also no longer signals to commands that they are running within a terminal. https://forgejo.org/2026-09-runner-release-v131/
