Is it possible to have my snac instance use TOR to federate *and* to have it available over clearweb at the same time?

Would this mean that my instance pulls data from other instances using TOR, but other instances would only use the clearweb to pull data from me, so they could be blocked at the national level?

Hi! I'm not totally sure because I haven't tested it (I no longer have the infrastructure), but I think that's not possible.

Does anyone know of any Fedi software which *can* federate over TOR/I2P *and* the clearweb, for resilience in the face of internet crackdowns?
