Block links in Obsidian technically work. But they show up as a string of meaningless numbers in your note, and IMHO, it looks kinda messy.

Heading links do the exact same job but still read like actual language. If you’re going to link to parts of your notes, use these instead.

Same shortcut, but one version you'll actually want to look at again.
