I restored this instance from a backup from a couple of days ago and things are working again. I am not sure what happened this morning but the instance was not happy.

The CPU was baked from the snac process running at max. I shutdown nginx so that no traffic was coming through and snac was still sitting there chewing through the CPU -- even after a reboot.

It's been more than six months here, maybe it's time for me to built and migrate again.
