Yeah, the prices went up, will never go down, and the companies will pocket the profits. Just like COVID price increases, AI-related price increases, Iran war price increases.....

I’m hoping the high prices of RAM and storage will drive a permanent shift in consumer spending where consumers are not buying tech on a regular/annual basis. I’m hoping it drives people to use their tech longer and to fix and replace rather than replace. .
