The civilization, or "economy" (more recent and currently trendy term), relies on division of labor and cooperation. So, the typical (and only) fallback to others not meeting ones expectation is seclusion, e.g. withdrawal into smaller group which still have compatible expectations.
If we do not want to be "Nazis", putting our needs an opinions above needs and opinions of others, then that is the only way. (Plus continued dialog but also firm stance.) 1/4

2/4 Physically, that is hard, because for example:
1) Earth is big but still finite
2) There are 8 billions of us
3) 1+2 => very little space for going elsewhere and be left alone
4) "Small group" might be quite big, but if dispersed over whole Earth, hard to see frequently and work with each other
But as long as we have Internet (or some other, free as in speech, network) even small groups can work quite well over the distances.
