んでまあ林道走ってた目的がこの横川堰なんですね。こいつすごくて、分水嶺越えて太平洋側に落ちた水を横流しして日本海側の上山市に流してる用水路なんですよ。水利権直球で侵害してるようですが、江戸時代からの慣行水利権にあたるので合法! たぶんこれが唯一の事例じゃないかなあ
