I think he might be on to something. Some optional non-chronological feed would be nice.
Disagree with the idea of "community managers" putting notes underneath posts though.

@light Phanpy client has "Catch-Up" page which is an interesting step in the direction of non-chronological feeds. I am thinking about implementing something similar.
