seems unlikely to me it's AI gen. The story points follow the Fibonacci sequence, all the text is the same font and legible, and none of the lines I see are converging in strange ways. Only spot that looks off is the card of the 5, but that may be an attempt at portraying two different refracting lenses; they just forgot to do the same for the 21.

edit: the lines on the stands/glass back corner of the story points is far too correct. I really doubt it.
