Today I deployed a new version of #Vernissage on vernissage.photos with multilingual support!
The app is now available in English US, English GB, French, Finnish, German, and Polish.
Huge thanks to everyone who helped review and translate French, Finnish, and German. More languages are in progress, and once the next translations and fixes are ready, another release will follow.

Vernissage 1.38.0 is now available! π
This release introduces create/announce support for user inboxes with visibility validations, a new QuietPublic visibility type on status, and an antiflood mechanism with configurable parameters. It also fixes remote comment notifications, case-insensitive status search, and image rotation issues during small image generation from ActivityPub imports.

The translations have already been pre-translated automatically, so the main task is to review and approve them. Once all language translations are approved, the new version of the app will be released to production.

I have prepared #Vernissage for localization into multiple languages. Language selection will be available both before login and after login in account details.
Support has been added for Finnish, French, German, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Spanish, and Swedish.
I have added and reviewed the Polish translation. Help with verifying the remaining translations would be greatly appreciated. Work will be handled in Crowdin. π€©

Today we released #Vernissage 1.37.0 π
You can now follow hashtags: photos marked with followed tags will appear in your private timeline. Status details also show common hashtags and clearly highlight tags you follow.
The iOS app with hashtag-following support has been submitted to Apple for review and should be available soon.
This release also includes notification improvements, minor fixes, documentation updates, and other refinements.

Today we released a new version of #Vernissage, and Iβd like to share a brief look at whatβs coming next.
Before the summer holidays, we plan to implement hashtag following and prepare all app strings for translation, then publish them in a translation system so the community can help. During the summer, weβll focus on push notifications for the iOS app and keep crushing the currently reported bugs. After the holidays, we hope to release multilingual support in both the iOS and Angular apps. π

Today we released #Vernissage 1.36.0 π
The biggest change is support for pinning photos to your user profile, synchronized with other Fediverse platforms that support the "featured" collection. This release also includes smaller fixes, such as better error logging and improved status parsing to HTML with hashtags. The iOS app has been submitted to Apple for review and should be on your phones soon.
