公式二次創作を許可してる方が少ないし、いわんや利益を得るのは。
詳しく聞かずに黙ってグレーゾーンを攻めるのが大人、みたいな意味不明な雰囲気で著作権に抵抗してる界隈だから3次元グッズが駄目とか生計立てたら駄目みたいな謎のラインに依拠して自治する人すらいるわけで。
ソフトウェアの界隈って絵師から知財権利意識がないみたいに言われることが多いけどこっちの方が先に著作権の枠内でコピーレフトとか作って商業にも繋げてる
