DoHもDoTもスタブリゾルバとフルサービスリゾルバの間で、E2Eではなく一階層上まで暗号化しようぜという半端なもの。
権威サーバーへの問い合わせ自体のスプーフィングに対しては、ポートをランダムにして16bitのエントロピーを得るとか、1232byteより大きい応答はTCPで送ってみるとか、DNS cookieを付けてTCPらしい送信元IPアドレスの紐付けをするか、あと色々な細かい対策をつけるみたいな方法かDNSSECするかになっている。
どうせDNSSECなんか使っても上の階層のサーバーの検証結果を信用しているのに署名なんか付ける必要がない。署名が活きるのは本物の分散システムで、ユーザーが自身の計算機で署名検証をしている場合で、現状のDNSはそうでないし、そうするよりまともに認証付き暗号を権威サーバーから末端までできるようにしたほうが良い

DNSSECは複雑さだけ増して、機密性をもたらさず、可用性を損なうリスクを上げる点で嫌いなのですが、APubの署名もDNSSECと同じ陥穽に嵌っているんじゃないかと思っている
DNS権威サーバーへの問い合わせが暗号化できる時代になって欲しいよ、2026年だぞ？

I miss 12-key phone because at that time most of people are slow as heck when typing on it. and sending message with it cost a thing, so people carefully send their message rather than spamming multiple messages at a time
and most of the time its easier to come over the other person place rather than chat with em. so basically 12-key phone mostly used for me to determine time and place to meet up with someone
also since signal is bad, even a phone call wont be reliable

its easier to sub to things like netflix and the like to watch things rather than spending hours to find what and where to watch
the convenience value is scary. we should roll something like a community cinema that runs on routine so people just have to sit there and watch. maybe a slight donation or something
wow I just create a background on how people should attend cell cinema club
