「機械の都合に合わせた言語」はやや正しくなくて、型やらなんやらのセマンティクスを持たせて静的、動的、形式的に検査など出来るようにしたのはそのように何らかの人間の意図に沿ったモデルに当て込んで機械の動作の記述に制約をかけたかった人間の都合なので、プログラミング言語という人工言語は大部分が人間の都合で設計されてると思う
