std::fs::set_times, Layout::for_value_raw, and more! ✨️

@nowster That's a #snac bug. The marker should be returned as a Datetime, documented here: https://docs.joinmastodon.org/api/datetime-format/#datetime. Based on the error message it looks like it's returning $milliseconds.$nanoseconds since the epoch.

I've reported this as https://codeberg.org/grunfink/snac2/issues/659.

SIMD を安全かつポータブルに使える抽象化ライブラリの fearless_simd が v1.0.0 リリース．
Rust では CPU が SIMD 命令に対応しているかを保証しないといけなくて unsafe なので，fearless_simd はコンパイル時・実行時のチェックを強制する API にすることで安全性を確保してる．
下回りの SIMD 命令を気にせず SIMD 幅に対してジェネリックな実装を書くと適切にディスパッチしてくれる高級 API と，下回りの SIMD 命令を直接使える（例えば Neon 向けの最適化実装が書きたいとか）低級 API がある．
