オットーサイクルを理解していなくても車は運転できるし、数学を理解していなくても数学ライブラリは使えるし、形式言語理論を理解していなくても正規表現は使える。
低レイヤなものが「本質的」で、実際の問題解決は小手先だというのは信仰に近いと思う。
