at some point, my head stop cooperating when I'm in extreme hunger. even coffee supply no longer can pause it.
when it happens, I lied to my brain like, okay we will have a massive meal tomorrow. then I sleep over 8 hours.
sometimes its just not convenience to grab a meal anytime I want to, so that has been my survival instinct

最近のCVT/ハイブリッド車のシフトレバー、エンジンブレーキが抽象化されてるなと思う。
Maxのエンジン/回生ブレーキをかけるのではなくて、多分アクセル開度とかブレーキの踏み込み具合とか車両の角度とか速度とかを基にいい感じにブレーキかけてる

これは登りで渋滞してるとハイブリットの電池が切れて、エンジンでゆっくり坂道発進してると半クラでクラッチ焼けるんだっけ。
発進をハイブリッド前提にしててDCTの制御もクラッチもカスだったのかな

新型でないセレナは電気でエンジン回して放電していたが、今のは静音性のためか放電のためにエンジン回さなくなったたらしい。
前のモデルよりブレーキ性能に余裕を持たせたとか充分坂道を走ってデータ取れたとかかな

is it based on a certain claim, Sun? I'd like to read/watch whatever the claim came from.
but "applying gradual changes over longer term" is kinda similar to the Atomic Habits book. I am assuming that the success rate comes from the surviving people who are still applying that change. applying sudden changes takes so much effort and more riskier, that I assume its not as sustainable as the gradual change part. rather than being unsuccessful, people simply drop midway. thus the term of boiling frogs, perhaps
