「Rubyは、言語に組み込まれている正規表現エンジンであるOnigmoの3つのバグを修正するため、バージョン4.0.9、3.4.12、および3.3.13をリリースしました。これらのバグは、GitLabが過去1か月間に修正した4つの重大なセキュリティ上の欠陥の原因となっています。
GitLabは、特殊なパターンを用いることで、Rubyのコンパイル中にメモリを破損させることができ、結果として自社サーバー上でコードが実行されてしまう可能性があることを発見した。
