ウェブに限らずPCの設定でも配色は難しいですね..
ツールや規格では単に色差が基準になりますが、solarizedみたいに広く使用されるカラースキームはそれなりに読みやすいはず..

僕もけっこう好きなんですが、Googleの監査では色差が足りずすべて引っかかります…
色覚特性によって見えなかったりするのかもしれませんが、わかりませんねー…
