This year I've had 6 potato plants, and got approximately three small bucketfuls of potatoes out of them. Probably around 15 kilos of unpeeled tatoes in total. That's more tatoes than I need in the foreseeable future. I hope they will stay in a good condition for a long time. Maybe I should cook and freeze half of them to be on the safe side 🤔 turns out it kind of sucks to not have a cellar.

What about grating and drying? It might be painful, but they should take less place and it will be possible to rehydrate them into puree or hash browns ("Eastern type" - so to say).

@bpl I have never tried this; my parents just use a cellar for storage, it worked reasonably well
