@brennan I’ve read both. And I still feel as though there’s some piece of knowledge I’m missing that would allow me to understand more, because he’s already spoken at least several times about his own personal understanding of the IndieWeb concept. Why this reaction now, given that people have started leaving Pagecord and its creator has deleted his Mastodon account? Has there been some sort of row here as well?

@bstn he left Mastodon because he was upset by the reaction towards his post. I know some people were not aware of Pagecord relying on LLMs nor that Olly pays for X and prefers it over Mastodon. Some only discovered this because of my blog post and Adam's response as well. 

Other things have come to light, such as him feeding a customer's hundreds of blog posts to an LLM without their consent, and then admitting to not reading the output before deploying its work to production.
