Those who work with me must think I’m a jerk sometimes. But dang it, if you’re not stepping up and doing the work you need to do, or were already asked to do, I’m going to tell you exactly what’s expected out of you. It will not come with a pretty-please attached at the end either. Life is too short to coddle lazy adults.
