Late to the party, I hope you don't mind. I think 'Just Chicken' is great. Quorn tastes good, but it's made with egg whites so I'm not interested in it.
I've gotten use to the Morningstar and Beyond brand chicken alternatives, but I agree the taste and texture is equivalent to low end cafeteria.

@firebreathingduck @spiegelmama having tried some other brands I feel confident saying that Just is the only one that does it right.

When I first became vegan, I would only touch Impossible Meat. Now that it's been a few years I like most beef and chicken substitutes from Impossible Meat, Beyond Meat, Just, Daring, and Gardein.
That said, I still don't like Magic Man, Unmeat, Boca, and a number of other brands and I dislike the taste of anything with jackfruit.
