When I first became vegan, I would only touch Impossible Meat.  Now that it's been a few years I like most beef and chicken substitutes from Impossible Meat, Beyond Meat, Just, Daring, and Gardein.  

That said, I still don't like Magic Man, Unmeat, Boca, and a number of other brands and I dislike the taste of anything with jackfruit.

@firebreathingduck @spiegelmama I have found that I like jackfruit in two contexts: shredded and covered in bbq sauce as a pulled pork substitute or used as a crab meat substitute in crab rangoons (whether vegetarian or vegan)
