"ICC member states should act now to help the Court and its vendors prepare for the heavier sanctions that seem certain to come once Rubio lines up his pro-impunity posse. They should instruct banks and other private sector entities that are not U.S. companies, and thus not bound to comply with U.S. sanctions, not to do so, and provide them support that helps them try to do that."

Trump aligns with Putin, who opened a Russian investigation against Akane for issuing an arrest warrant for the unlawful deportation of Ukrainian children.

France called out the US for siding with Human Rights offenders in blocking the nomination of Volker Türk.
Now, the US walked out during France's intervention at the UN:

That's why it's so critical that our banks can operate without US service providers (that can’t provide services to sanctioned individuals).
Your bank card should still be able to work despite the US sanctions.

🧑⚖️ Incredible testimony by Judge Nicolas Guillou about the weaponization of US sanctions against him & 10 other magistrates.
👉 Cancelled hotel booking, even in France.
👉 Packages not delivered because French site used UPS.
👉 No bank card because Visa/Mastercard dominance.
For years, we've worried mostly about confidentiality of our data, but availability is being increasingly challenged with unhinged sanctions by the US that can one day affect us all for standing for our principes

In line with the US National Strategy to "Cultivate resistance" by pressuring our judges who preserve the Rule of Law.

The US is sanctioning Thierry Breton and Trusted Flaggers that are critical for the application and enforcement of the #DSA.
Full solidarity with the unjustly sanctioned individuals. As Breton called out, 90% of the European Parliament and all 27 Member States unanimously voted the DSA.
This bullying into vassalisation of Europe is unacceptable.

The US National Security Strategy goes much further in private than it does in public.
Austria, Hungary, Italy, and Poland are listed as countries the U.S. should “work more with…with the goal of pulling them away from the European Union”, becoming MAGA vassal states.
“And we should support parties, movements, and intellectual and cultural figures who seek sovereignty and preservation/restoration of traditional European ways of life…while remaining pro-American”
