photography is an expensive hobby :neocat_baa:
even if it's not equipment, it's traveling and going to places you find interesting because there's nothing interesting to photograph in your home town :acat_coming:

Hey @loops and @peertube!
I'm thinking about creating my child accounts on #loops and/or #peerTube instead of doing that on YouTube or TikTok - of course. For creating content as well.
But what about child protection?
As far as I can see, there is none built-in at all, right!? Is this a thing even in the #fediverse? This important topic is getting more and more attention in the recent past - which is good - but what are you doing or planning about it? Is there something I missed?
Sincerely

My Rokland T-Deck Cypher M8K arrived today. I had been using the regular Lilygo T-Deck Plus for a week and it's nice, but feels a bit flimsy and because of the internal antenna it can't communicate with anything.
The Cypher M8K case is ASA CF and feels solid, the keyboard seems to have some reinforcement in the back because it also feels solid. The Cypher M8K is a thicc compared to the Plus.
The pictures have the stubby antenna on it, I also got a longer Alfa 5dbi antenna too.

It is a stupid trick. But, usually most people are like "fuck it, I'll just get what I need." This dude seemed genuinely confused.

Look at something beautiful in nature. It can be a house plant or a picture of your favorite animal if you can't get outside.
