まずご紹介したいのは、当店の看板商品「鶏卵素麺」です。
卵黄と砂糖の蜜だけで素麺状に仕上げた和菓子です。
お店の創業以来、長く親しまれてきた、当店を代表するお菓子です。
はじめて口にされる方は食べ切れるサイズに昆布で纏めた「たばね」がお薦めです。お茶やコーヒーなどと合わせても美味しくいただけます。

鶏卵素麺のバリエーションである「たばね」もご紹介しますね。
鶏卵素麺を食べやすいサイズにし、蜜を絞って竜皮昆布で巻いたものです。
基本の製法は鶏卵素麺と同じですが、しっとりとした鶏卵素麺に対して、こちらはサクッとした歯触りが特徴です。鶏卵素麺の蜜だまりや、カステラのざらめにも通じる食感がありますね。
フィルム付きで手を汚さずに食べられるのも嬉しいところ。鶏卵素麺は切り分けていただくお菓子ですが、こちらは切る必要がありません。個人的には、こちらの方が好きだったりします:blobcat_meow_sitasimaiwasure:
