XIAO ESP32-S3かXIAO RP2350で、1つ2000円くらいでいけそうっぽい。

WebPKI、何が良くないってブラウザですら失効をそれぞれバラバラな方法でやってるし、Chromeも個々のサイトレベルの失効を全部は見てない。
その他のWebPKIに依存してTLSを喋る機械は失効はおろかroot証明書の更新すらされるか怪しい
