あー誤情報かも、
brotli本体はまだ脆弱、nodejsがリンクするbrotliにはバックポートされてる。
nixos-unstableはまだnodeの修正版自体が来ていない。
安定版とnixos-unstable-smallには修正版のnodeが来ている

brotliの脆弱性修正版もまだ配布されてなくて、nixpkgsのnodejsはシステムのbrotliをリンクしてるっぽいので、まだnodeの脆弱性の対応が完了していないと思う。

どの文字種をハッシュタグの一部と見做すかについては実装間やバージョン間で差があって、対応していないものがありますので、使わない方が無難です。
ActivityPubは異なる実装が混在する性質から、リモートから来たハッシュタグについては相手の表記を認める実装もありますが、Pleroma、Hollo、GNU social、Pixelfedはたぶん駄目です。句読点の前までで切れます。Mitraに至っては、禁止文字を含むものとして、ハッシュタグまるごと無視されるようです。
