FEP-f228 is no longer supported in forte. As I still require a context element which contains activities for legacy compatibility, forte is now non-compliant with ActivityPub and I'm afraid this situation is permanent.
Please feel free to remove forte and streams from all implementation lists and drop FEP-171b. Embrace, Extend, Extinguish is complete - you can all finally celebrate and let loose with a coordinated "good riddance". Sorry it took so long to see that there was never really any other option.

For many years, I’ve been using Debian :debian: but installing Ubuntu :ubuntu: for others, fearing that Debian was too geek.
I spent hours "desenshitificating" Ubuntu.
After the Nth failed upgrade, I reconsidered.
Oh boy!
The Debian 13 GNOME live image is clean, polished, easy and perfect ! Install was a breeze, even with complex partitions. I only added a couple of gnome-shell extensions : dash2dock and desktop-icons.
Debian just works like I dreamed it should 25 years ago! Thanks Debian!

@marinetondelier A quel moment, a-t-on validé collectivement, que c'était 1 bonne idée de confier à une plateforme numérique privée américaine (twitter) l'hébergement et la régulation de nos débats numériques publics ?
Et quel niveau d'irresponsabilité faut-il pour rester sur cette plateforme (et donc la SUBVENTIONNER) quand celle-ci est rachetée par un fasciste assumé ?
Honte aux élus & militants écolo, PC ou LFI qui y sont encore.
Le jour où ils partiront, les journalistes aussi. Puis les gens tout court. Et le problème sera réglé.
Quand on manque de courage pour 1 chose aussi simple et évidente, on peut s'interroger sur leur capacité à gouverner.

Right. It's failing signature verification on the request-target, which contains a query element. So I actually did implement that bit of ap:// normalisation someplace; but it was in an obscure part of the codebase and been so long it isn't easy to find any more. But that isn't important any more. I'll be removing the "posts" presentation and any "context" elements completely from my code, and can never be in full compliance in FEP-f228. Our application provides and stores and moderates and federates with activities. Posts lack "context". And sorry for the multiply-recursive joke. If this makes us non-compliant with ActivityPub, it isn't my problem any more. Our presence was outlawed for the crime of basing our work on ActivityStreams and ActivityPub, instead of basing it on Mastodon, who I will note, didn't even provide a resolvable context last time I looked.

L'algorithme de Twitter est une ingérence étrangère en soi.
Bien plus structurante que les tentatives de déstabilisation des campagnes municipales, dont la présentation de cet après-midi montre qu’elles n’ont heureusement eu que peu d’impact.
Il va donc falloir s'en occuper.

Today I deployed a new version of #Vernissage on vernissage.photos with multilingual support!
The app is now available in English US, English GB, French, Finnish, German, and Polish.
Huge thanks to everyone who helped review and translate French, Finnish, and German. More languages are in progress, and once the next translations and fixes are ready, another release will follow.

To facilitate content moderation, you can create lists of watched words. Any comment containing a word from one of these lists is automatically tagged, and video makers can choose to block these comments or moderate them on a case-by-case basis.

It works with standard #ActivityPub activities by sending a Follow targeting a post, with a polling fallback for servers that do not support it yet.
