@liztai A brilliant piece. Some very wise reflections. Especially the final comment on Nazism. I live in a country that, historically, was one of the greatest victims of Nazism. I know what that means. I also agree with the observation that people with left-wing views seem to see signs of Nazism in far too many places. I don’t want to judge whether they see things more clearly than I do, for example, or whether they are mistaken. I simply don’t want to judge.

I agree with many of the points you’ve made.

A very timely piece.

@bstn I think they see Nazis under way too many bushes, and some bushes don't have Nazis, just plain trolls.
