@sylvia @binarydigit I’ve tried keeping a paper journal many times now. I’d really like to write in it regularly, but I still can’t seem to get into the habit. Perhaps you know of an effective way to do this?

It also helps to have moments during the day where you sit to write something, even if it's one page.

One of the things I do every day to close out my journal page or pages is to write a list of things I'm grateful for. It's such a wonderful way to journal (and sometimes my gratitude log is the only thing I write for the day)

@sylvia @binarydigit One page per day. Hmm… I need to try.
