Wow what a cool @spritely community meeting! Really one of our best, if not the best?
Also I learned about Sacr3d, a WebGL 3d graphics / visualization / shader library written in Hoot? Holy heck! https://teddd.srht.site/sacr3d/
And it got NLnet funding! I had no idea!https://nlnet.nl/project/sacr3d/

NTFS3 Driver Sees Bug Fixes & Minor Improvements With Linux 7.2
While the new NTFS file-system driver merged for Linux 7.1 and has seen more improvements for Linux 7.2, for now at least the NTFS3 kernel driver continues to be maintained with new fixes and improvements. NTFS3 is the driver that was upstreamed to the Linux kernel a few years ago back during the pandemic by Paragon Software...

Fedify 2.3.0 is out! This release is largely about production observability: OpenTelemetry metrics now cover every major federation path, and a monitoring guide and runnable example stack ship alongside them. Also new: a delivery circuit breaker that holds queued activities for unreachable servers rather than retrying indefinitely; @fedify/backfill, a new package for reconstructing conversations via FEP-f228; and fedify bench, an ActivityPub-aware load testing command. Release notes: https://github.com/fedify-dev/fedify/discussions/821.
Thanks to @2chanhaeng (@fedify/uri-template), @z9mb1 (@fedify/backfill), @sabrinkmann (FEP-0837 vocabulary), @nyanrus (@fedify/lint/oxlint), and @fruitsssdev (--skip-install) for their contributions to this release.

We just released Mastodon 4.6.1. It contains several important bug fixes and we recommend every instance running 4.6.0 to update.
We are also releasing Mastodon v4.5.12 and v4.4.19 with small bugfixes and a fix to a critical security issue affecting servers using LDAP_TLS_NO_VERIFY=true.
Full release notes and update instructions are available on the GitHub releases page.

Hello @HolosSocial 👋🏻
We are talking about you over in the E2EE group messaging discussion - specifically about your “Follow a Note” proposal for Holos.
https://github.com/swicg/activitypub-e2ee/issues/56#issuecomment-4780657551
Your design may solve one of the big issues we are having with the spec for private, encrypted groups, so I am hoping you can take a look at our conversation and weigh in on this idea.
And, if everyone likes where this goes, we might publish it as an FEP for everyone to implement 🤘🏻
